PIA Group USA is a South Florida residential property owner and manager with about 600 multifamily units and 260 single‑family homes. As the portfolio grew, maintaining a homegrown property management platform was consuming IT and staff time, and leadership set a goal to operate 100% electronically — from leasing and payments to maintenance and invoice processing — eliminating paper workflows.

In 2014 PIA implemented Yardi Voyager and the Yardi Suites (with RENTCafe, Procure to Pay, Advanced Maintenance and Orion BI) to standardize workflows, enable mobile maintenance and move leasing and payments online. Within two months 100% of residents were paying electronically, saving about 15 man‑days per month, reducing vacancy to 3%, cutting required headcount by roughly 30%, and giving the company instant financial and operational visibility to scale more easily.
