Milestone Investment Properties, a Puyallup, WA–based operator of pet-friendly, energy-efficient townhomes and apartments (490-unit portfolio), was expanding quickly but its four-person management and leasing team was held back by fragmented systems. Their prior software didn’t support payment processing or centralized maintenance tracking, so staff spent time manually entering checks, making bank trips and chasing work requests sent by text or email.
