Milestone Investment Properties, a Puyallup, WA–based operator of pet-friendly, energy-efficient townhomes and apartments (490-unit portfolio), was expanding quickly but its four-person management and leasing team was held back by fragmented systems. The integrated solution enabled scanned and online/recurring payments, centralized online work orders and a resident portal that most renters adopted—reducing duplicate data entry, organizing maintenance requests and saving the team about one full day of work per month with further gains expected as more units come online.
