MacKenzie Management Company, the commercial property management arm of MacKenzie Ventures in Lutherville, MD, oversees a 6.75 million sq ft portfolio and has been a Yardi client since 2008. Facing growing tenant expectations for digital self-service—two clients even made online interaction a prerequisite—MacKenzie needed secure online options for payments, documentation and maintenance requests.
They implemented Yardi’s COMMERCIALCafé (alongside Voyager Commercial, Smart Energy Suite and Yardi Maintenance) to increase online property visibility and offer dynamic property sites, online credit card/ACH payments, and mobile work-order handling.
