LumaCorp consolidated operations on the Yardi Multifamily Suite—including Yardi Voyager, RENTCafé, RENTmaximizer, Procure to Pay and Maintenance Mobile—so new properties could be productive on day one. The platform drove a 14% increase in online resident work orders, helped LumaCorp outperform competitors by 1% in both rental rate growth and occupancy in 2015, enabled $2 million of purchase orders to be processed online that year, and contributed to 14 properties earning Top Rated Property awards.
