Lowe Enterprises, a Los Angeles–based national real estate investment, development and management firm with more than 44 years in business and over $28 billion in assets, needed upgraded technology to support growth and meet increasing tenant and owner demands. Having used an older version of Yardi Voyager since 2013, the company’s commercial real estate group required enhanced functionality and greater operational efficiency.

In November 2014 Lowe upgraded to Yardi Voyager 7S (and implemented Yardi Procure to Pay), which automated routine work—auto-applying prepaids, zeroing reversed charges, and allowing multiple tenant charges on one screen—and enabled automatic AR report distribution. The change reduced manual steps (auto-applied prepaids save about one day per month), cut time on holdover amendments and renewals, improved reporting and analytics access, and boosted staff morale by eliminating repetitive tasks.
