Legacy Partners is a privately held real estate firm founded in 1968 that owns, develops and manages more than 60 multifamily communities—over 14,000 apartment homes nationwide. Faced with varying call volumes and small onsite teams at some properties, Legacy needed a flexible, per-property solution to ensure leasing and maintenance calls were answered and owner service expectations were met.

They implemented RENTCafé Connect, a digital call automation and on-demand live-answering service that integrates with RENTCafé and Yardi Voyager so agents can complete guest cards, schedule tours and create work orders in real time. In one month the service handled 300 calls, producing 96 guest cards and 42 work orders; at Legendary Glendale it drove 32 showings, six applications and three leases in about nine months, and at Main Street Village it generated 27 appointments, 14 showings, three applications and two leases in under three months—eliminating missed calls and saving onsite staff time.
