LBA Realty, a full-service real estate investment and management company, sought new ways to improve energy efficiency and reduce consumption at its Park Place campus. Their challenge was to advance sustainability and reduce costs without impacting tenant comfort. They implemented Yardi's Pulse Building Optimization, an intelligent energy optimization solution.

The Yardi solution automatically adjusts HVAC set points every 30 seconds to use the minimum energy necessary. This implementation resulted in annual energy savings of over 4 million kWh and provided 1.4 MW of demand response capability for LBA Realty.
