Landmark Realty, a San Francisco–based manager of over 80 multifamily buildings across the Bay Area, Albuquerque, Kansas City and two condos in Maui, needed a reliable, flexible tenant-screening solution. Its mixed portfolio — from higher-end San Francisco units to HUD and market-rate properties in other metros — required different, market-specific criteria to consistently identify low‑risk renters, but Landmark lacked an integrated system to apply those rules across its portfolio.
Landmark implemented ScreeningWorks Pro integrated with Yardi Voyager to run comprehensive credit and rental‑history reports, automated recommendations and customizable criteria by market (e.g., tenancy-history emphasis in Albuquerque, stronger credit focus in San Francisco). The solution provided self-service applicant screening, mobile access for leasing agents, automatic selection of qualified applicants and reduced losses from collections and evictions; Landmark has also deployed RENTCafé, RENTCafé CRM, ResidentShield and Yardi Maintenance.
