HASBARCO, the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara, was struggling with an antiquated, paper-based system and manual processing across complex housing programs. Yardi implemented an integrated, fully digital workflow using Voyager, Case Manager, and Maintenance IQ. The solution automated HAP disbursements, enabled real-time task tracking and document routing, and synced vacancy and notice data for faster unit turns. As a result, HASBARCO improved cross-department collaboration, gained live operational visibility, and reduced downtime in preparing vacant units for new tenants.
