Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (formerly Physicians Realty Trust) needed a better way to track project commitments and generate tenant improvement allowance reports without relying on multiple databases and manual data entry. The company struggled with integration issues, missing items, and time-consuming reconciliations while managing a large healthcare real estate portfolio.

Yardi implemented Yardi Construction Manager, part of the Elevate suite, to automate reporting, improve budget tracking, and connect with Yardi Deal Manager for automatic deal abstract population. The result was a major efficiency gain: tenant improvement allowance review and reconciliation dropped from 80–120 hours per month to a click of a button, while capital planning doubled from five years to 10 years and overpaying on commitments was reduced.
