Fischer Properties LLC, a national owner, developer, and manager of residential, office, and industrial properties, faced rising training costs and limited accessibility after years of relying on in-person trainers and consultants. Large-scale sessions were becoming prohibitively expensive—airfare alone for some trainings ran into the tens of thousands—so the company sought a more cost-effective, scalable way to train employees across its portfolio.

Fischer implemented Yardi eLearning, a centralized platform for online courses, live events, and resources, and rolled it out company-wide after a successful pilot. Employees completed more than 200 classes in the first months on topics from Yardi products to OSHA and new-hire orientation, leading to faster invoice processing through Yardi Procure to Pay and improved marketing, resident services, and prospect management via RENTCafé and Commercial LeasingPad. Fischer plans to expand eLearning further to streamline rewards, tax preparation, payroll, and timecard workflows.
