EAH Housing, one of the largest nonprofit housing development and management organizations in the western United States, needed a better way to streamline relationships with thousands of applicants and residents while improving efficiency across training, forms, payments, service requests, and compliance. It turned to Yardi and the Yardi Affordable Housing Suite, including RentCafe Affordable Housing, Yardi Aspire, and Yardi Document Management for SharePoint.

Yardi implemented automation tools that simplified online applications, rent payments, document access, staff training, and communications. The results included faster resident outreach, reduced in-person intake and payment processing, improved accuracy, and easier onboarding of new properties—EAH was able to add six properties in less than a week, including complex compliance records.
