Crescent Real Estate LLC, which acquires, develops and operates high-end properties with select investors and high-net-worth clients, needed a better way to manage accounting, invoices, and tenant service across multiple systems. With Yardi’s Commercial Suite and Voyager, the team wanted to eliminate painful information searches, manual processes, and the inefficiencies of switching between modules and software.

Yardi implemented Yardi PayScan to automate invoice approval workflows and vendor payments, while CommercialCafe enabled online payments, recurring payments, and work-order tracking for tenants. The result was fewer errors from lost invoices, duplicate or late payments, and overpayments, plus improved mobile work-order management for maintenance staff. Crescent Real Estate LLC said Yardi increased efficiency and output by giving staff a single-screen platform and saving time on everyday tasks.
