Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) is a Baltimore-based, privately held real estate firm founded in 1960 that manages nearly 10,000 apartment homes and 3.5 million square feet of commercial space across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. CRC’s legacy corporate site hadn’t been redesigned in a decade, offered little SEO value, lacked individual property websites, and didn’t support online leasing, e-signatures or payments—making it difficult for prospects to find and convert.

CRC implemented RENTCafé and integrated it with Yardi Voyager to launch mobile-friendly marketing sites for every property, enable real-time availability and online leasing/payments, and centralize data across teams.
