Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) is a Baltimore-based, full-service multifamily and commercial real estate firm managing nearly 10,000 apartment homes and 3.5 million square feet of retail space across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. CRC struggled with disconnected lead management—phone, ILS and web leads didn’t integrate with its property management database, forcing manual entry and spreadsheet reconciliation that made it difficult to track cost-per-lease, conversions, and consistent follow-up.
CRC implemented RENTCafé CRM (integrated with Voyager and RENTCafé) to consolidate lead-to-lease data, automate multi-source lead tracking and assign prioritized follow-up tasks. The platform also enabled scheduled resident touchpoints at 7, 14, 90 and 180 days; as a result CRC improved lead conversion visibility, increased leasing effectiveness and resident retention, completed nearly 500 follow-ups per property per month, and can now allocate advertising spend more strategically while saving onsite time.
