Community Housing Partners (CHP) is a nonprofit that develops and manages affordable housing across the eastern U.S., operating 106 properties (about 6,000 units) and serving thousands of residents. CHP needed a simpler, more engaging training approach to replace ineffective webinars, improve training quality, make learning fun, and boost staff knowledge retention.

CHP implemented Yardi eLearning, an interactive online platform offering hundreds of Yardi courses plus customizable, role-based learning plans for property management, accounting, and compliance. The platform streamlined onboarding and ongoing training, increased staff engagement and productivity, and improved retention and readiness to handle workflow and compliance changes.
