Yardi implemented CommercialCafe along with Yardi Procure to Pay and Yardi PayScan to centralize workflows, automate invoicing and payments, and improve self-service for clients. The results included more than 50% tenant adoption of online payments, reduced account-balance inquiries and administrative overhead, faster processing, improved cash flow and collections, and more accurate, timely reporting.
