Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) is the public housing authority for Boulder, Colorado and a participant in HUD’s Moving to Work (MTW) program. As its inventory and participation in HUD-funded programs expanded, BHP needed a flexible, role‑customizable system to accommodate growth, track new MTW initiatives and policy changes, and streamline specialized recordkeeping and reporting.

BHP implemented the cloud-based Yardi PHA Suite, including Voyager PHA plus budgeting and forecasting, maintenance, and fixed‑asset modules, to centralize operations on a single platform. Since adopting Voyager in 2008, BHP has benefited from ad hoc reporting and custom financial analytics, improved compliance monitoring, faster maintenance scheduling and asset tracking, and greater efficiency in managing federal funding and MTW program outcomes.
