Using Yardi’s CommercialCafe platform, the company wanted an all-in-one solution that would give tenants self-service access to lease documents, charges, messages, and work orders while also making life easier for staff.
Yardi’s CommercialCafe helped Big V Property Group centralize tenant interactions, automatically route work orders, and send event announcements and notifications through one system. The result was faster issue resolution, greater transparency across the tenant lifecycle, and stronger internal collaboration, while Big V also expanded its use of Yardi technology by moving to Voyager 8 to support ongoing growth and a more modern, end-to-end business platform.
