Arrow Senior Living operates nine senior living communities in Texas and Missouri (with plans to add two more) offering independent living, assisted living and memory care. In 2015 Arrow implemented the Yardi Senior Living Suite (including Voyager 7S, eMAR and EHR), giving the organization a single integrated database for property management, clinical care and accounting. The platform automated workflows, eliminated duplicate paperwork, enabled real‑time, mobile access to care and medication data, and provided stronger budget oversight and audit trails—improving communication with families, speeding responses to billing and care inquiries, and creating a streamlined, replicable model for growth.
