AHEPA Management Company, which manages more than 95 HUD-subsidized senior housing properties across 22 states, needed a more consistent and efficient way to train a dispersed workforce. Its traditional approach relied on travel-heavy classroom sessions, PowerPoint presentations, and costly webinar tools, making regional training time-consuming and expensive. Yardi helped the company address these challenges with Yardi Aspire.
Using Yardi Aspire, AHEPA Management Company replaced outdated training methods with interactive online courses and on-demand learning resources, and it also supported the rollout of Yardi Voyager 7S. The impact was significant: one onsite training program was cut from five days to two, reducing travel days from five to three and saving time and money. Yardi Aspire also improved reporting and gave employees access to more than 40 courses, helping AHEPA standardize training across all properties.
