Anthology Senior Living, CA Venture’s senior living platform, operates 34 communities across the U.S., offering independent living, assisted living and memory care. As the portfolio grew, Anthology needed a single, connected software solution to unify resident care, marketing, sales, finance and operations so communities and corporate teams could work efficiently without juggling multiple systems.

Anthology implemented the cloud-hosted Yardi Senior Living Suite—including RentCafe Senior Living, RentCafe Senior CRM and Yardi EHR—which provided integrated property management, finance, mobile tools and resident/family portals. The result was streamlined workflows, stronger resident-family communication (critical during COVID), improved sales and call-tracking capabilities, better clinical documentation and ongoing product support, enabling continued growth and more time for staff to focus on residents.
