Internacional (INT), a multifamily operator with about 12,500 units, discovered through Marketing IQ that it was overspending on an underperforming ILS with very low lease conversion. INT partnered with REACH for PPC and SEO, reallocating ILS budget into targeted search marketing. The move produced a 395% higher PPC conversion rate and about $775 lower cost per lease, while REACH SEO delivered substantially better volume and efficiency (394 leases at a $36 cost per lease versus 98 leases and $416 per lease previously), allowing INT’s leasing team to convert more residents for less spend.
