Tessuti transforms its flagship store with The Yard Creative in one Grade 2 listed building

The Yard Creative was appointed by Tessuti, a premier sartorial destination for designer menswear, to design a new flagship store. Their challenge was to reimagine the retail experience within a Grade 2 Listed building, specifically the old Liberty department store in Chester, while moving the brand into a new, edgier era.

Working with retail system provider Visplay, The Yard Creative crafted a solution that honored the building's original features by reinterpreting them in a modern way. The resulting flexible space facilitated new brand partnerships and exclusive lines. The addition of a barber shop maximized the space, providing a holistic retail experience and creating an incubator for a local business.
