A Yapta Case Study

Preview of the WWE Case Study

WWE - Customer Case Study

WWE, the global entertainment and media company, manages a complex travel program for more than 300 live events each year and over 200 travelers per week. To control airfare costs, its in-house travel team was already doing manual post-booking price checks, but this process was time-consuming and difficult to scale. WWE turned to Yapta and its FareIQ Intelligent Price Tracking service to automate monitoring of booked itineraries and identify savings opportunities.

Using Yapta’s FareIQ, WWE tracked 2,325 itineraries over the first three months and found that 7.9% qualified for lower fares. The system automatically alerted WWE to $19,650 in potential savings, averaging $107 per eligible itinerary and representing nearly 2% of total airfare for the period. WWE said the timely alerts were especially valuable within its 24-hour void window, helping the company save real money on travel.
