Verizon Wireless, a cellular communications company, needed a versatile, affordable mobile app solution for regional staff trainings and internal events. After adopting Yapp, Verizon grew from 2 to nearly 8 event apps per year, supported events of 100–500+ attendees, and cut event spending by about 10% by replacing paper, while participant demand and positive feedback increased.
