Black Card Productions, led by producer/director James Twyman, needed to complete the Amazon Prime series *Ringside* on an extremely limited budget of just £1,000. After an early false start using manual pen-and-paper planning, the team found the production too overwhelming to manage without a better system. Yamdu was brought in to help organize the series.

Using Yamdu’s centralized workspace for script breakdowns, shot lists, storyboards, scheduling, and episodic production planning, Black Card Productions was able to structure the project into six shooting phases over six months. The result was a fully planned production that made complex coordination manageable for one person, helped the team stay calm on set, and enabled the series to be completed and released on Amazon Prime. James Twyman said Yamdu made it feel like he could do the work of 10 people, underscoring the value of the platform on a micro-budget production.
