Česká Spořitelna, a major Czech bank and member of Erste Group, sought to modernize its print infrastructure as part of a larger digital transformation initiative. Their key challenges included improving print security, reducing print volume and costs, and centralizing their decentralized operations. The bank contacted their vendor, Konica Minolta, who recommended Y Soft and its SAFEQ 6 print management solution.

Y Soft implemented SAFEQ 6, including its mobile application, to streamline the bank's printing processes and enhance security. This solution supported Česká Spořitelna's "One Device" project, where bankers use iPads for all tasks, including printing. As a result, the bank achieved a 21.36% reduction in printing and reduced its number of physical devices by 1,000, significantly advancing its efficiency and sustainability goals.
