Paychex, a leading payroll, HR, and benefits outsourcing firm with an award‑winning Training and Development Center, faced mounting complexity from changing government regulations and a growing need for faster content authoring, better content reuse, consistent brand/design application, version control, and support for many output types (workbooks, manuals, assessments, job aids, eLearning).
