Xero implemented XY Sense’s privacy-preserving occupancy sensors and real-time analytics platform across 12 key strategic locations to get live workplace insights. With XY Sense, the company can now see utilization down to the desk, room, or floor level, make faster data-driven space decisions, identify opportunities to reduce energy, HVAC, and servicing costs, and improve its carbon footprint; XY Sense also flagged a floor in Wellington that Xero was able to rework to reduce costs and create a better office environment.
