With XY Sense, the company can now see utilization down to the desk, room, or floor level, make faster data-driven space decisions, identify opportunities to reduce energy, HVAC, and servicing costs, and improve its carbon footprint; XY Sense also flagged a floor in Wellington that Xero was able to rework to reduce costs and create a better office environment.
