Case Study: Todd Snyder achieves a seamless omnichannel shopping experience and up to 50% higher profitability with XY Retail

A XY Retail Case Study

Preview of the Todd Snyder Case Study

Todd Snyder uses XY API to develop an omnichannel customer experience

Todd Snyder, the New York–based menswear brand, faced fragmented systems and inventory silos that caused customers to find items out of stock across channels and disrupted initiatives like Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS). To create a seamless omnichannel customer experience and unify web, mobile and store touchpoints, Todd Snyder selected XY Retail and its XY API/Commerce Platform (including XY POS and Data Insights) to expose inventory and connect disparate applications.

XY Retail implemented a Global View of Inventory (GVI) via APIs and its Commerce Platform, surfacing real-time stock across channels and enabling ship-to-store or direct-to-customer fulfillment while reusing assets for faster rollouts. The solution let Todd Snyder add new sales channels quickly (reported as possible “in a day”), improved conversion for multi-channel shoppers and drove 40–50% higher profitability for those cohorts, while delivering scalable, highly available operations through XY Retail’s cloud architecture.
