faytech, ltd., a Shenzhen-based manufacturer of touchscreen monitors and touchscreen PCs, was growing rapidly and needed a more integrated way to manage operations across multiple continents and languages. The company wanted reliable ERP software that could support departments such as sourcing, warehouse management, production, and invoicing while helping maintain product quality and customer satisfaction. xTuple provided the solution with xTuple ERP Standard Edition.

faytech implemented xTuple ERP across its factory operations, with around 20 employees using it daily on a local PostgreSQL database. xTuple helped integrate company processes, improve warehouse and production management, and provide better cost and price calculations based on BOMs and work order costs. The system also improved traceability back to suppliers and components, strengthened quality control from incoming inspection through after-sales analysis, and supported Chinese-language users with translation tools.
