NetBet delivers multichannel acquisition and retention campaigns with Xtremepush

NetBet, a global sports betting and online casino brand, faced the challenge of engaging a multilingual, multi-territory player base across the customer lifecycle — from KYC and account registration to bet stimulation and cross‑sell — while keeping compliance and fraud prevention front of mind. To meet these needs they partnered with Xtremepush and adopted the Xtremepush platform, using web push, SMS, app push and on‑site inbox channels to run localized acquisition and retention campaigns.

Xtremepush implemented a multichannel, highly personalized solution using intelligent segmentation (about 150 micro-segments) to power roughly 900 daily campaigns across many languages and brands. The results were strong: a 280% increase in player activation for a Casino Cashback campaign using web push and SMS, and an outstanding web push click rate of 5.4% in 2020 — well above typical channel averages — demonstrating clear ROI from Xtremepush’s real-time messaging and automation.
