BlueBat Games, a Greentube | Novomatic company and leading provider of white‑label social casino solutions for clients such as Hard Rock and Foxwoods, needed a reliable, easy‑to‑use multichannel engagement platform with flexible APIs. To reach players across multiple casino brands and ensure timely, personalised communications, BlueBat selected the Xtremepush platform for web push and mobile app push notifications (with plans to migrate email to the platform), requiring separate projects per brand, robust delivery, preview/analytics, A/B testing and strong support during a CRM migration.
Xtremepush implemented its marketer‑friendly platform with dedicated projects per casino, real‑time delivery, segmentation, A/B testing and campaign analytics, and worked closely with BlueBat through the CRM transition. As a result, BlueBat reported improved campaign reliability and efficiency and measurable impact: a 15% uplift in Average Revenue per Daily Active User and a 5% uplift in Daily Active Users on days when push campaigns are sent.
