xtraCHEF’s AP Management integrates with Restaurant365, lets chefs and managers snap invoices on mobile devices, extracts and codes line-item data, and delivers it to Restaurant365 with fast support from xtraCHEF’s Customer Success team. The switch cut AP labor from 4–10 hours per week to under one hour (about $600/week in wage savings), saved $50–$60/week in subscription costs, improved data accuracy, and set the stage for xtraCHEF Inventory Management to eliminate hours spent creating 50–100 new menu items weekly.
