The Non-Profit Organization, a Texas-based community development nonprofit serving economic development, immigration, health, education and other programs, faced fragmented operational systems and paper-based processes that produced duplicate, inconsistent customer records and no single view of service history. XTIVIA was engaged to address these data and reporting challenges and to design an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and governance approach.

XTIVIA delivered a gap analysis, Data Stewardship and Governance design, EDW strategy and architecture, unbiased technology landscaping, and a phased EDW implementation roadmap that included address validation, data cleansing, de-duplication and master-data reconciliation. As a result, XTIVIA gave the client a clear path to a unified client view and integrated reporting, recommended roles and data-quality metrics, and the foundation needed for cost‑benefit analysis, budgeting, staffing and risk management to implement the EDW program.
