A multinational financial services conglomerate operating in 56 countries faced an inefficient, largely manual Cash Pool Agreement (CPA) generation process that caused incomplete, unsigned or missing agreements, incorrect approver assignments, and failed regulatory and audit requirements. XTIVIA was engaged to address these issues, using its XTIVIA Workflow Framework (XWF) and a web-based Cash Pool Agreement Management Application built with BPM, SOA, CEP and ESB technologies.

XTIVIA delivered a workflow-enabled, integrated CPA management solution with electronic document management and seamless treasury-system integration, restoring controllership and auditability. As a result, XTIVIA’s implementation made the process regulatory- and audit-compliant, eliminated missing agreements, improved turnaround time and automation, standardized processing, and reduced paper usage.
