Major Retail Chain (a national retailer with 3,000+ stores) needed an internal Enterprise Management Apps Portal to let customer service, accounting, fulfillment and other back‑office teams handle tasks like returned checks, inventory charge‑off, temporary co‑worker assignment and business exceptions.
