The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) needed to replace a costly, cumbersome reporting system with an internally supported, flexible BI platform built around Jasperserver. LLS faced report architecture that didn’t match business processes, poor Excel export and formatting, limited analytics and long run times, and lacked the internal data-management resources to remedy these problems. XTIVIA was engaged to design, build and transfer a sustainable reporting solution.
XTIVIA conducted an assessment and roadmap, then implemented a star-schema data mart, ETL processes and a Jaspersoft (Jasperserver) reporting architecture, consolidating measures into a single repository and delivering interactive reports and executive dashboards (320 hours over 3 months). The XTIVIA solution enabled drill-to-grain filtering, faster revisions, Excel compatibility and streamlined, user-friendly reports—improving LLS’s reporting responsiveness, accessibility and ability to analyze program data.
