Legacy Data Integration and Reporting for Major Airline

Sun Country Airlines engaged XTIVIA to address a complex legacy data migration and reporting challenge as it moved to a new ERP platform. SCA needed expert guidance on best-practice data architecture, extraction/transformation/load (ETL) design, and a reliable way to keep legacy and new systems in sync; XTIVIA recommended and used talend Open Studio (Community Edition) for ETL and migration work.

XTIVIA defined the data architecture, built and prototyped Talend ETL jobs, integrated historical and current data, and implemented data synchronization/replication along with executive and technical risk reviews and a transition plan. The project was completed in a 10‑week engagement, delivered smoothly on time and under budget, required no software licensing costs (a fraction of typical ETL tool expense), and left SCA with consistent, reportable data aligned to business objectives.
