XTIVIA was engaged to modernize the endorsement workflow and leveraged TIBCO products (TIBCO BusinessEvents, BusinessWorks, ActiveSpaces and TIBCO ESB) to enable a real‑time, event‑driven solution.

XTIVIA implemented a configurable SOA and Complex Event Processing (CEP) architecture that instruments policy milestones as events, applies inferencing business rules in real time and caches state for high performance. The automated endorsement process—deployed in focus states—replaced manual CSR work, improved consistency and compliance, reduced training effort and premium leakage, and allowed timely processing of the 2,000–5,000 daily policies, delivering lower operational risk and better customer experience.
