Large Manufacturing Company, a global manufacturer with facilities across multiple countries, wanted to simplify complex HR processes, remove silos, and build a single global HRIS database. The company implemented Workday as its system of record and turned to Xtivia to help connect Workday with multiple third-party systems supporting payroll, benefits, life insurance, and other HR services.

Xtivia integrated Workday with external systems by delivering 3 packaged integrations and 9 custom integrations, including connectors for South Africa, China, Slovenia, and the Philippines, plus outbound feeds for payroll, insurance, pension, and compensation data. The result was a global HRIS with immediate access to associate and contractor data, less time spent on transactional HR work, more time for value-added activities, and stronger standardization across global processes.
