KaMin, a 70-year-old kaolin clay producer spun off from J.M. Huber Corporation, needed a CRM that would scale for global teams, provide mobile access, support deep customization, and reduce internal IT overhead. After evaluating options and noting prior experience, KaMin selected Infor CRM and engaged XTIVIA to deliver and manage the solution.

XTIVIA implemented Infor CRM in a private cloud-hosted configuration and administers the system so KaMin retains data ownership while lowering IT burden. The rollout supports more than 50 users across North America and Europe, delivers mobile access, flexible reporting and BI (including automated weekly call reports summarizing calls, visits, samples sent and new opportunities), and customizations that improved sales–technical collaboration, predictable costs, and data-driven decision making.
