A Xtivia Case Study
Cross Country Home Services (CCHS), a national provider of home warranties and maintenance plans, needed to consolidate more than fifteen consumer, partner and institutional websites and launch a new direct‑to‑consumer strategy. To re‑engineer its web architecture CCHS selected Liferay (enterprise portal and web content management) and engaged Xtivia, a Platinum Liferay Services Partner, to redesign and unify its web presence.
Xtivia and Liferay implemented a Liferay portal with themes, page templates, content structures, multi‑stage approval workflows, REST integrations to Oracle EBS/CRM/BI and a high‑availability clustered environment; Xtivia also trained CCHS staff and migrated the public site (www.cchs.com) to Liferay in under three months and the consumer site (www.totalprotect.com) less than a month later. The Liferay/Xtivia solution reduced platform complexity and IT costs, improved content maintenance and speed‑to‑market, and positioned CCHS to enter new markets and roll out products faster.
