CopperPoint Mutual Insurance Company - Customer Case Study

CopperPoint, Arizona’s largest workers’ compensation insurer, needed to modernize its public website and build a unified, role-based customer portal that could deliver personalized experiences to policyholders, agents and internal users while integrating legacy systems and supporting mobile payments. To meet these goals they selected Liferay’s portal platform and engaged Xtivia to design and implement the solution.

Xtivia built a responsive, enterprise-grade portal on Liferay (launched July 2014) using a SPA architecture, SSO integration, RBAC/delegated permissions, and a non-technical CMS, enabling personalized content and self-serve registration. The new Liferay/Xtivia implementation serves thousands of users across desktop, tablet and mobile, sped up publishing and feature rollout, and delivered a cohesive, faster user experience with measurable adoption since launch.
