EGO, a leading women’s clothing retailer in Pakistan, was struggling with slow deliveries and order backlogs caused by relying on a single courier. The company wanted a better way to manage orders across multiple couriers and improve real-time inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction, so it turned to XStak and its Order Management System.
XStak implemented an OMS integrated with multiple courier APIs, automated city-wise courier booking, and added inventory sync, financial reconciliation, and business intelligence. As a result, EGO increased daily online orders to 2,000, grew to 14 outlets, integrated three couriers, reached $12.5 million in annual GMV, and improved customer satisfaction by 40%.
