Miniclip, a global browser and mobile games publisher active in 17 languages with users in over 195 countries, was seeing a sharp decline in revenue and cash flow due to limitations of its previous payment provider. That provider offered only a narrow set of payment systems, poor regional coverage, a rigid uncustomizable interface, and required Miniclip to sign each payment method separately, so Miniclip turned to Xsolla for a global payment services and integration solution.
Xsolla expanded Miniclip’s payment options across regions, analyzed player payment habits to surface the most effective local methods, centralized integrations, reduced checkout fields, customized a scaled-down micro-theme checkout, and audited traffic and anti-fraud filters. As a result, Xsolla helped Miniclip increase sales by 35% and boost successful payment conversions to 86% (up from roughly 50–55%), with improved conversion rates across PayPal, credit cards and other methods.
