A XPLN Case Study
EURONICS Germany, a multichannel electronics retailer, faced the challenge of conducting time-intensive market and price research for its extensive product range. Manually tracking competitor prices was not feasible, and the weekly data it received was neither comprehensive nor current enough for optimal pricing. To solve this, EURONICS turned to the vendor XPLN and its SaaS market observation solution.
The XPLN platform uses automated web crawling to provide EURONICS with competitive prices for approximately 100,000 products several times a day. Based on configurable rules, XPLN suggests dynamic and competitive prices that can be automatically or manually transferred to the retailer's systems. As a result, around 30,000 products on euronics.de now receive a new, market-aware price every day, enabling highly efficient repricing and a significant increase in performance.
