Cleartrip Improves Employee Satisfaction Scores by 10%

Cleartrip, a leading online travel aggregator operating across India, the Middle East and North Africa, needed to re-engineer its employee engagement programs after finding existing rewards were sparse, offline and poorly adopted (their prior Kwench portal saw almost no usage). Cleartrip evaluated several providers and selected Xoxoday, deploying the Xoxoday for Employees platform to address multi-location consistency, speed of rewards, and weaknesses identified in GPTW surveys around recognition.

Xoxoday implemented an intuitive, multi‑location rewards platform with spot awards, dynamic rewards, dashboards, budgeting tools and integrations to performance systems, cutting reward turnaround from about 5 days to instant. The result was rapid adoption (81%), higher redemption on spot awards, a 10% increase in employee engagement scores and a 10‑point gain on GPTW workplace scores, along with improvements in perceived fairness, recognition culture and reduced attrition.
