With Xoxoday Plum connected to SAP SuccessFactors, Yarra Trams enabled leaders, managers, and peers to recognize employees more easily while giving employees control over point redemption through a global reward marketplace. The rollout was simple and required less IT effort than expected, and the platform was quickly deployed and widely adopted across offices and depots, helping strengthen workplace culture through recognition and appreciation.
